There's been some confusion as to whether or not our ever-so-popular boot camp would be continuing throughout the winter months. Well, let me assure you - continue it shall. Under the supervision of local chiropractor and strength trainer Rob Green, the boot camp will be happening INDOORS at the Price Health Centre on Weber (right beside Swiss Chalet). It'll still take place every Wednesday at 6:00pm... you're just asked to bring five bucks help cover the maintenance of the equipment and such. Come on out and enjoy!!
