Next "Let's Start Running" clinic set to begin Monday, April 5th

Come and join us for our hugely successful and very popular beginners' run club. It happens every Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm and will run for eight weeks. It begins with a walk and run mix (walk one minute, "run" one minute and so on, back and forth) and then as the weeks progress, the "run" interval gets longer and the walk stays at one minute. It allows for a safe and easy build up, and by the end of the program, any committed member should be able to run continuously for five kilometres. There is no cost to take part - except the willingness to put in the time and effort to improve.

The date for our move, you ask? SET. In stone. That's it. Figured out. Done deal. No takesies-backsies. Like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer from me, you say? For the last two-and-a-half months, you say? FINE. It's happening on Sunday, March 28th. We'll start moving at 11:00am. SHARP. We plan to have both locations open during the transfer, so y'oughtter come by to witness the chaos of two scatter-brained males (Geoff and Ryan) attempting to organize a concise and orderly move. We won't even charge you for the show. How exciting!!
