Contrary to what it says in our recenty-delivered flyer (which I also wrote... like an idiot), our next "Let's Start Running" group begins on Monday, September 14th, NOT the 7th... which is, in fact, Labour Day. We're not even OPEN that day. But anyhoo - there you have it!! Come out and join us on the 14th for this free beginners' run group and build yourself up gradually towards a consistent and maintainable run!! It's a run-walk format, you see: at first you start out "running" for a minute, then walking for a minute, then "running" for a minute, walking for a minute and so on.
