Well friends, our latest beginners' running clinic is drawing to a close, and we're set to gear up for the next one!! We've been dithering back and forth as to when the precise date would be, but now finally have it set: March 23 (our apologies for having the wrong date posted before). We figure everyone will be back after a nice relaxing March Break, free of the kids once more and ready to hit the roads as winter fades to spring.

That's it!! I've had it!! I'm choosing to ignore this unrelenting winter weather and busting out all the recently-received spring clothing that we have hiding away. We're going to FORCE the warm weather. BUT... in order to do this... we're going to need to clear the store of most or ALL of our winter apparel, and have chosen to do so by having a blow-out sale on all the cold-weather gear. 40% off. There's been a lot of talk and speculation about the plan to have our little plaza torn down and rebuilt with a luxury-condo high-rise on top. The developer's requests have been approved by the city, and it looks like things are going to move forward. What does that mean for us here at the shop? Well, everyone in our strip is going to be forced to relocate at least temporarily some time this spring or summer (depending on how quick things start happening). Some have read this to mean that we might be closing - that is certainly not the case...

Well friends, we are gearing up for spring (although I'm skeptical that spring will even happen) and getting set to receive our new apparel!! We're still sitting on some winter inventory and need to clear it out, so all of our winter clothing is now going for 20% off. Considering that winter is going to be lasting another six weeks (according to the groundhogs this morning) it might be a decent idea to stock up on this stuff at reduced prices... going to be needing it for a while, after all. Sigh.
