Michele Craddock – the best coach ever – will be here, along with Steve Thomas to answer all of your running related questions. Our LSR group is going into its second week! But there is still time to join. The group will be wrapping up Dec.1st - before the Christmas craziness!
We run Monday and Thursday @6pm. We are starting with 1 minute running, 1 minute walking. We will run in any weather except lightnening so dress weather appropriately- it is not a fashion show! It is FREE and you 10% off in the store ;)! Tell your friends!
