And it'll be upon us in no time!! The next group will start on Sunday, July 4th at 7:30am, and it will be set to gear everyone up for their first or best half or full marathon in the fall!! Included is personalized training from our coaches Rachel Masser and Michele Craddock, a training plan and package, 10% off everything in the store and a $25 gift certificate, and training sessions on Thursdays (at 6:00pm) and Sunday (at 7:30am during the warmer summer months). The cost for this one is $59.95+GST.

If you’re looking for a little variety to spice up your run schedule or already enjoy tackling some of the off-road paths, y’oughtter come out to one of our Tuesday night trail runs. This ever-popular and consistently growing run group meets in the parking lot behind Sir John A. Macdonald High School and enjoys a decently paced run on the rather technical trails through the woods in that area. Warning: this is not for the beginner runner. It’s recommended that you have a good base running fitness first – this is a different animal than a road run.
Interested in running your first or fastest 5 or 10 km race? Then y'oughtter come out and join out Waterloo Classic clinic this Thursday. The group meets every Thursday at 6:00 pm, and under the wisdom and experienced eye of long-time coach Joanna Berg goes through proper training, nutrition and injury prevention and does a speed/interval workout down at Waterloo Park. Everyone is able to work at their own ability level and all are welcome (and will benefit enormously).
