An intensive 8 week training program that will have you racing your fastest 10km just in time for the Waterloo 10km Classic (June 15th). Coached by Joanna Berg who has led many a runner to their PB's at a number of different races.
The group meets every Thursday at 6pm from April 24th until Race Day.
